Qualification Structure

Completion involves six mandatory units totaling 120 credits, supported by approximately 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) and 1,200 Total Qualification Time (TQT) hours.

Assessment Method

Assessment is completely assignment-based, with no final exams.
Work includes digital projects, operational case studies, accounting exercises, HR simulations, customer-focused tasks, and contemporary issue analysis.
Tasks are internally assessed by MIBD faculty and externally verified by OTHM to maintain academic rigor and fairness.
A clear audit trail supports all assessment decisions and feedback loops.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must be 16 years or older and meet one of the following:

GCE A-Levels  or a 12th Grade equivalent qualification
Mature learner status (21+) with relevant experience — considered on a case-by-case basis.
Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency via IELTS or an internal placement test.
